
Credential Connect: Streamlined Digital Badging for Institutions and Students
Project Overview
This project involved creating a digital platform for institutions to issue credentials and badges, available through both web and mobile apps. The mobile app allowed students to access their profiles, view their credentials, skills, and badges, and share them with others.
My Role

Defined project roles, scope, responsibilities, and milestones, developed project plans to align with client goals, and managed Agile processes including daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos. I administered risk management, tracked deliverables, and prepared progress reports. I also consulted with cross-functional teams—designers, engineers, and stakeholders—to execute projects and ensure high-quality outcomes.
